Testimony: “Portimão is the city where I was born and where I became the person and athlete I am today. It is undoubtedly a very welcoming city that supports sport like no other. Nowadays I study and play tennis in the United States but I will always have a special feeling for Portimão. I very happily and proudly support the candidature of Portimão for European City of Sports 2019. Portimão has excellent facilities that can enable an unforgettable sports experience for anyone.”
