Born in Vendas Novas, Évora, he soon showed his passion for football. After playing in Estrela de Vendas Novas and Vitória de Setúbal, in 2005 he came to play in Portimonense SC where he is the team captain. For teenagers he is an example of dedication and commitment. He has played more than 400 games for this team, won a National Cup and has 3 times managed to go to up to the 1st League. In 2017 Portimonense was Champion of the 2nd League.
