He was born in Portimão and after trying different sports he started surfing by the influence of his brother when he was 8. Nice manoeuvres made him fall for the sport that he practises today almost professionally at the same time that he is studying Marketing Management. He was one of the european qualified athletes to participate on the world finals of Volcom TCT in the United States and has already done really well on national and international competitions.
